In pale ci sn tanti ragazzi muscolarmente + piccoli di me ma ke alzano di + !!
io lascerei le dieci rep. per un pò e mi farei un bel ciclo di forza facendomi aiutare da qualcuno aumentando i carichi in modo tale da riuscire a fare al massimo 4 ripetizioni tipo panca piana 4x4 e curl bilancie 4x4
