anch io eseguivo il piramidale inverso xro cn meno serie e meno peso...facevo un 6-8-10 nel fondamentale e poi un 3x10 xil complementare,poi ho cambiato cn un 5x5 nel fondamentale un 2x8 in uno di isolamento concludendo cn 1x12 di pumping...l importante è nn stagnarsi troppo sui piramidali altrimnti credo ek entreresti in stallo almeno a me cn i piramidali è capitato spesso ke nei primi momenti i carichi salivano vertiginosamnte e poi m bloccavo ad un certo punto
