ovvio che perdi forza...potresti ciclizzare...una week fai gli stacchi per primo e trazioni 3x6-8...e una week li metti a fine routine schiena cn un 3x10-8..
Facendo gli stacchi come primo esercizio quindi basta un 3x6 di trazioni alla sbarra come secondo esercizio?(una rip in meno...)
