per ora faccio alzate con busto piegato sulle gambe, e alzate con petto attaccato alla panca inclinata ruotando il polso nell'esecuzione
per le alzate a 90°, tenete le scapole sempre bene aperte, senza chiudere il centro schiena a fine movimento.
il rom è ridotto, ma la contrazione dei capi posteriori dei deltoidi ottimizzata, senza che i fasci medi del trapezio e i romboidi rubino lavoro.
