      intendevo a settimana, cmq al limite puoi tenere rec di 1.30" o 1' così carichi di meno, stressi di meno il snc e recuperi prima

              ma come si faranno a fare 40 serie in un allenamento boh.... semplicemente secondo me la fase forza è stata progettata male e ci sono volute ben 12 pagine per riuscire a sapere la struttura completa del programma fra i perpiacere e perfavore...

                come ho detto più volte sull'altro forum ce ne saranno 50 di pagg. su queste robe... e c'era pure gente che seguiva per filo e per segno quella programmazione...
                sul "come" x la fase di forza non so, io penserei anche a smezzare le sedute facendo mattina e sera... certo, non tutti ne hanno la possibilità

                ps: cmq due allenamenti fa ho fatto 5+6+2+5+6+2+6+2= 33 set abb pesanti+abs e calf... vedi che se uno taglia i rec' dove può ce la fa... max 1h45' ma anche meno

                  purtroppo sull'altro forum non sono riuscito a farmi un'idea chiara della fase forza forse perchè non ho trovato abbastanza materiale...tu che sei alla grande più esperto di me come sono strutturati altri cicli di forza? sono sempre incluse le assistenze? possibile che si debbano fare tutte quelle serie...cmq non credo più di tanto che le assistenze siano cosi fondamentali,voglio dire con 21 serie di panca alla settimana credo che la massa ai pettorali non si perda, è un pò come un mantenimento... sbaglio?

                    no, imho non sbagli.
                    anche perchè c'è un po' di differenza tra bb natural e doped. questa io la vedo (come assistenze) per atleti aiutati dai farmaci.
                    i cicli di forza possono essere infiniti.
                    se hai paura di perdere massa allora fatti un west-side classico 4xweek per un paio di mesi, è il sistema + bbstyle che esista per la forza.
                    non per niente è amerregano

                          cmq ho letto in varie discussioni che dicevano, compreso mau, che il west-side richiede più di 2 mesi per essere efficace e per dare risultati in termini di forza...e cmq perchè dici che è il sistema più bbstyle per la forza....a me pare uguale a tutti gli altri cicli, forse perchè non è ho capito veramente niente, cmq...

                            può essere essendo americano al 100% (tranne per la concezione di DE che viene dai russi, ma loro usano altre % e altri volumi) è parecchio influenzato da i weideriani.
                            tutta la roba dell'est (cioè i cicli di forza classici, che non sono i 3x3 ultratirati con 5' di rec... quella roba la fanno i bb deficienti) si basa su tutt'altro.
                            asp che ti trovo un programma per iniziare il ws.

                              Ovviamente, come potrete vedere voi stessi, non è per novellini.
                              E' fatto per gente "fortarella", che nelle palestre che frequenta emerge prepotentemente dalla massa. Insomma, un uomo ben piazzato che fa 140/150kg si squat minimo,secondo me, potrà avere ottimi risultati.
