è da qlc settimana che mi viene il dubbio, forse è stupido e molto probabilmente lo è ma non capisco, se io facciamo esempio seguendo una dieta low carb con molte proteine oggi pomeriggio vado in palestra, la sera mangio quello che dice la mia dieta poi la notte stessa vado a ballare qlc ora e quindi sudo come un maiale, non rischio di bruciare le proteine/ calorie che dovrebbero andare a rifornire i muscoli che ho allenato?
