Non so se sia attinente, ma io nelle trazioni da un bel pezzo sono in stallo... Quest'inverno mi allenavo sul sovraccarico, ero arrivato a 2 rep con 30 Kg attaccati (ne peso 90) ma in quanto a numero con BW mi fermo a 7-8 e poi 6, 5..... Adesso faccio 3 serie, la prima da 7 non a cedim, la seconda 6 a cedimento + 2 rest pause (mi fermo 10s e altre 2, 10 sec e altre 2) e la terza serie come la seconda... Ma la quantità di lavoro rimane la stessa. D'accordo che mi massacro di stacchi e rematore prima, però progressi in questo frangente nessuno.
