Tutto relativo, in base alla conformazione fisica, tecnica,controllo muscolare.In realta' anche il lento dietro e' un ottimo esercizio per le spalle.Comunque consiglierei di non usare carichi eccessivi.
Io lo uso da sempre, senza alcun problema,ma solo con carichi medi-leggeri, e sempre al termine di varie serie di alzate laterali.I delts esplodono.
