Ciao a tutti. Il mio problema riguarda un esercizio per i bicipiti. Il curl da seduti coi manubri. La forza su questo esercizio non è variata da parecchi mesi. Invece su tutti gli altri esercizi di qualsiasi gruppo muscolare è migliorata. Mi alleno tutto l'anno con carichi pesanti. da cosa può dipendere? Dovrò cambiare esercizio? Grazie in anticipo.
