io direi di avere degli ottimi polpacci pur allenandoli poco e principalmente per la forza (le gambe tendo ad allenarle per forza ed esplosività, non mi piacciono grossissime e preferisco avere ottimi valori per quanto riguarda scatto e salto), io per dire faccio 3 o 4 serie da 15 ripetizioni, in piedi con la macchina che mi crea il sovraccarico (non mi viene al momento il nome ^^)
