Poi dipende da tanti fattori: tipo di allenam, obiettivi, recupero, ecc...
cmq raga a mio avviso ok la dieta fa gran parte per l'addome...ma se non si allenano come gli altri muscoli ovvero con i pesi si rischia di averli piatti...lo spessore bisogna crearlo
