dipende,alcuni x heavy duty intendono 1 sola serie di 8,12 reps+ 3,4 reps con 10 secundi di rp x 2 o 3 volte,c'è chi fa 3 serie normali poi all'ultima le r.p.,prova quello che si addice a te,io non l'ho mai provato,ti posto quello che ho letto sullo stile...vedevo della gente provarlo in palestra e facevano 10 reps+4+4+4 in rp in passato
