    Advices for a good ripping

Ripping and bulking are two important steps in bodybuilding. If you don't have a good mass it has no use to get ripped, but if you've got a lot of mass but you're not so ripped, your muscles can't be partially or totally seen because they're covered by fat (depends on the fat percentage you've got).

Here's some advices for losing weight and getting ripped in an easy way:

1 = Follow this guideline concerning the percentage of the
three most important macronutrients: Less carbohydrates, many proteins, and enough fats.

2 = Eat more times a day (6 times is perfect) to prevent an eventual metabolic lowering, due to an eccessive time left between a meal and the other.

3 = Practice aerobic activities without exagerating to avoid the catabolic process caused by too much aerobic.30 minutes per day are sufficient.

4 = Train in a short but intense way, working with heavy weights and with a reduced range of repetitions.

5 = Cycle the caloric consumption is a good strategy to keep your metabolism high.

6 = Don't make too many restrictive diets that lower so much the taking of calories.

7 = Write your diet in a note reporting your objectives, failures and results.Monitor your progresses.

8 = Put a short maturity objective,to get more motivated and to rexist in the most difficult periods of the diet.

9 = Weigh up once a week, but don't entrust exsclusively to the balance because it only monitors a simple weight loss that can be caused just by water loss.
Use a plicometer to determine the real loss of fat.

10 = Buy a lipolitic supplement. It can help but it doesn't make miracles of course, because diet is the main support in the ripping period.

Here's the famous ten advices for an optimal ripping. I hope you'll follow them even if I realized that they're too generic as advices.

Sometimes diets are pain in the ass, thats why since I came here, I took the New Yorkers behavings:
                1)eat like a pig
                2)pump like an horse
3)f@*k as much chicks as u can
